Vertecza (Pvt) Ltd ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal and business information of our clients ("clients", "you"). This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information we receive through our services and business operations, in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022 of Sri Lanka.

  • Project Data: Information, documents, credentials, and access keys provided by you for the purpose of executing your project (e.g., server logins, API keys, design assets).
  • Communication Data: Records of our correspondence (emails, meeting notes) to ensure project clarity and history.

We use the collected information for:

  • Communicating with you regarding project updates, invoices, and support.

4. Client Data Protection

Confidentiality: We treat all Client Project Data as strictly confidential. We do not share your proprietary business logic, code, or data with third parties unless necessary for the service (e.g., cloud hosting providers proposed in the architecture) and agreed upon by you.

Access Control: Access to your project data is limited to Vertecza employees and contractors who need it to perform their job functions. All personnel are bound by non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).

5. Data Retention & Security

We implement industry-standard security measures (encryption, secure servers, access controls) to protect your data. We retain your personal and project information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or as required by law (e.g., tax records).
